David Sorenson is a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He is also certified by the Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) and the Institute of Health and Human Performance (IHP).

David is the founder of AZ Medical Fitness, a global virtual health and functional medicine practice. He has over a decade of experience working in both conventional and integrative medicine, including urgent care and family practice. David specializes in weight loss, gut health, and balancing hormones. He is committed to finding the root cause of any health problem and developing a lifelong relationship with each of his clients.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and five children. He is also a musician and loves to perform around the valley with his cover band.
